		<description>Good stuff!  Clear and down to earth.  However, the suggested approaches seem like they would work best for &quot;mindless&quot; chores, not for more mentally challenging assignments at work.  At least the examples given so far seem more of the chore variety.  How to apply the techniques to more involved tasks like writing essays on psychology? :)

For the self-reward approach, how do we keep ourselves from cheating and giving ourselves the promised treat even when the task is not finished?  If the answer to that is willpower, then how do we develop willpower?</description>
