About the people not caring about your mistakes because they are self centered: it’s true. But isn’t sometimes this the real point that makes us suffer about some of our mistakes? Not being helped or loved by others in the moment we really need them? Well. It’s true you need not to depend on others to overcome your personal challenges and achieve happiness. But one side of the coin of happiness is ‘not worrying about others’ and the other side is ‘love others as much as you can’. If you do so you may discover that you are not alone to overcome your mistakes. Perhaps the attitude of self-love is expanded when we add the love for the Self – in you and in others.
